Well, we are now finished editing the video for Mike Vitow and his world-famous New York corned beef! It was a fun project and we had a beautiful sunny winter day for shooting out in Cultus Lake, BC. As you'll see from the video, Mike's unique personality really comes through, with this New York accent and great passion for his product. Once you've tasted his artisan corned beef, I think you'll all agree that it's the best you'll find in Western Canada. Mike sells his product mostly to restaurants and hotels, but he also has a small shop out in Cultus Lake that opens on Fridays and weekends. He usually books a table at Granville Island Market around the middle of every month.
Richard and I have known Mike for about 10 years, I met him through acting class and we have remained friends ever since. It was a real pleasure to be able to put this together for him and we hope it spreads the word even more about his amazing product. Thanks again Mike for being such a great subject!
